Founder, Mr. Chander Malhotra* has rich experience in Corporate, IT Consulting, Startups, Training, Languages, Research, and Management. By qualification, he holds triple graduation in Computer Science, Commerce, and Japanese Language, and double post-graduation in Computer Science and Finance. He is a Ph.D. Researcher in Quantum AI.
He is multilingual (ten languages) and has global experience across 15+ countries and diverse cultures. He has over a decade of corporate and entrepreneurial experience across various domains, with expertise in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications like ERP, Cyber Security, E-Commerce, CRM, Fintech, Business Analytics, EAI, and complex regulatory & technology audits across the BFSI domain for the growth of companies.
He is a Serial Entrepreneur and has worked in leadership positions as Group CIO & CISO. He is an alumnus of Delhi University, MOSAI, ISB Hyderabad, IGNOU, AIMA, and SPJIMR Mumbai in IT, Finance, Japanese Language, Entrepreneurship, and Management, respectively. He is an Advisor & Mentor to various companies and startups. He is associated with various national associations and global organizations like AIESEC & G20 for youth-specific objectives in the realm of India.

Experience of more than 10 years in working in MNCs handling international tasks VAT specialist with knowledge of compliances in various countries like India, UK, EU, US, GCC region, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia etc. Automation champion leading to manual hour reduction up to 50- 80% Proficient in Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI Have been assisting Clients, Start ups in Equity Funding, Debt Financing, Private Funding on Pan India basis. Experience in Secretarial compliances like Company formation, conducting Board meetings, AGM, other ROC, MCA and NCLT matters and Mergers, Amalgamations and Acquisitions Management Consultant Member of “Brand Building, Innovation & IT Committee” of NIRC ICSI Guest faculty in ICSI
